ServiceNet’s Guide to Services Wins Lamplighter Award

“Map-Style” Brochure Takes Second Place in New EnglandServiceNet Guide to Services

ServiceNet, a large mental health and human services agency serving western Massachusetts, received a 2019 Silver Lamplighter Award in the Publications/Brochure category from the New England Society for Healthcare Communications (NESHCo) for its 2018 Guide to Services. “This ‘map-style’ brochure was conceived by Amy Timmins, Vice President of Community Relations for ServiceNet, features environmental portraits by Derek Fowles Photography, and was designed by Kathleen Doe Creative Design. It contains descriptions of the agency’s diverse service lines, annual service stats, a western Massachusetts map indicating towns served, and an index listing programs by county and town. This brochure provides an all-in-one overview of what ServiceNet is and what it does.”

Kathleen collaborated with ServiceNet to create their new, unique marketing brochure that told the organization’s whole story in one compact package. Designed in the style of a fold-out travel map, ServiceNet uses this brochure as a comprehensive handout with information about their wealth of services, a detailed map of service locations, and their annual report data.

ServiceNet is a non-profit mental health and human services agency that provides essential services throughout western and central Massachusetts to people living with mental illness, developmental delay or disability, autism, brain injury, homelessness, addiction, and/or other challenges.
