Pope Francis High School Cardinal Magazine

Kathleen Doe Creative Design has created the design and layout for a new magazine, The Cardinal, for Pope Francis High School. Spring 2018 is the most recent issue.Cardinal Magazines
Kathleen collaborated with Pope Francis High School to create a new magazine to reach out to their community. The magazine’s purpose is to inform the PFHS community and alumni of the merged legacy schools, Cathedral High School and Holyoke Catholic High School. Each issue of The Cardinal contains information about building progress at the new school, innovative teachers and classroom methods, students’ successes in academics and extracurricular activities, plus updates from alumni and giving opportunities. The semi-annual magazines are 16–20 pages long, with a custom design template that conforms to the new PFHS brand but is flexible enough to adapt to each issue’s unique content.

Pope Francis High School is a Catholic co-educational, college-preparatory school which instills Gospel values and fosters academic excellence in a diverse community of learners. Their mission is to challenge students to grow spiritually, intellectually, socially, and physically to become critical thinkers and faith-based leaders who embody justice, peace, service, and mercy in the global community. Soon to be re-named Pope Francis Preparatory School, it is scheduled to open in its new Springfield location this fall.
